Last file must be with us at least 30 minutes before close.
All requests must include everything you need doing, any additional requests will be classed as a new job.
Only create a job if you want it making as if jobs are requested but not paid for users will be banned.
If you use the Reg look up there is a charge of 15p+ VAT a time.
All files supplied by Postal Remaps Ltd are supplied without the checksum corrected unless otherwise requested, please allow your tool to correct the checksum.
We hold no responsibility for any damages caused by the purchaser uploading our data to an ECU that includes hardware and software. We do not offer any refunds.
Any emissions control software such as Pops and Bangs, DPF, EGR and ADBLUE removal is altered at your request and as such by installing this altered software onto your vehicle you should check that it does not violate any law in the country of usage and should not be used on a public road. We do not recommend altering anything to do with emissions control.
If the file you are reading is a VR (virtual read) we recommend you either take a bench read of the file or you write or test the VR before sending in your file request in case anything has previously been done.
File price is per file any subsequent requests after are chargeable. If DTCs are removed that are not to do with the solution requested we hold no responsibility for them returning or bringing up further errors. We do not reinstate DTCs for free.
If you need support with a file please reply to the ticket. If file has been out for longer than 3 months it will no longer be supported as it will no longer be on the portal and you will need to make a new ticket.
We do not offer refunds, if there is an issue with a file please raise a support ticket and we will work with you to fix the issue.
If there is an issue with reading/writing an ECU then you should raise a ticket with your tools support.
We always recommend using genuine remapping tools and do not support clone tools or tools out of subscriptions so using them to read/write is at your own risk. You are paying for us to make the file and not to guide you on writing the file onto the vehicle with your tool - this should be down to your tools support.
